The plastic modular chain WT2525-K type achieves stable transport through surface contact rather than point contact like roller conveyors. ■ Features of the plastic modular chain WT2525-K type - New lineup of plastic molded sprockets with 18T for 38.1 square holes and 50.8 square holes, and 22T for 90 square holes. With the expansion of sprocket varieties, it can now accommodate various applications beyond stacked sheet transport. It can be used for the following applications: - Suitcase transport conveyor - Conveyor for machine tools - Building material transport conveyor - Surface shape designed for ease of handling. The gently rounded convex shape with a radius of R500 slightly engages with the stacked sheets on the surface, preventing slipping.
