Standard conveyor "Tsubaki WinCS mini" orthogonal crossing specification
The long-awaited orthogonal crossing specification has been added to the WinCS mini series lineup! It is now possible to create layouts other than straight lines.
The "Tsubaki WinCS mini" is a chain conveyor designed to prevent damage caused by wandering by placing guides on both sides of the plastic chain. Due to its sprocket drive, the chain is less likely to slip even if it becomes coated with oil. With a chain pitch of 7.5mm and a knife-edge structure at the conveyor's end, it allows for smooth transfer of small items. The conveying surface has good sliding properties, making it suitable for accumulation transport. 【Features】 POINT 1: Utilizes the self-lubricating properties of the plastic chain, enabling smooth orthogonal transport. POINT 2: No conveyor design is required; arrangements can be made using only the model number.
