■ With a simple structure, it enables stable transport and easy maintenance. It particularly demonstrates its capabilities with materials that have high adhesion or viscosity, as well as those that are prone to entanglement. ■ The spiral-shaped blades with a thickness of 10 to 30 mm slide and transport along a liner laid in the trough at low rotation, achieving long-distance transport with a single drive. ■ Since the blades are supported only on the drive shaft side, intermediate bearings (hangers) are unnecessary, eliminating any troubles caused by intermediate bearings even in long-distance transport. ■ It allows for horizontal transport, gentle inclined transport (approximately 30° steep incline), and vertical transport, enabling a variety of layouts through their combinations. ■ Due to its completely sealed structure, it provides a hygienic and safe environment free from odors and spills.
