The ultra-high-speed I/V converter (current-to-voltage converter) T-IVA001HS features a current-to-voltage conversion rate of 10G[V/A] and 100G[V/A] with a switchable option, offering ultra-wideband characteristics from DC to 10kHz. Additionally, the output voltage is ±10Vpk. The existing product T-IVA001HZ had an upper limit of 2kHz, but in response to customer requests, we have achieved a high-speed model. This characteristic expands the range of measurement applications.
