Improvement of aluminum processing positional accuracy! 'Pentagon'
The material being machined is ADC12, and a special through drill is used! Vertical machining center aluminum evaluation case.
We would like to introduce a case study on the evaluation of hole position accuracy using "Pentagon," which we handle, in vertical machining center (M/C) aluminum evaluation. The workpiece is ADC12, and the equipment is a vertical M/C BBT30, with cutting conditions of Vc 120 m/min, f 0.3 mm/rev (internal water-soluble 1 MPa), and 17 mm through (no leading).
