Short lead-time machinable ceramics for those troubled by thermal issues in parts.
Exhibiting at the 3/3 Prototype Market & Micro/Precision Machining Technology Exhibition! No need to create molds for either! Easily machined and available immediately. Can be processed with handheld tools!
Makol® is a new ceramic material that shares the properties of glass and ceramics with the ease of metal processing. It allows for ultra-precise finishing and complex shapes that are impossible with conventional ceramics. No firing is required after processing, and it can be used as is. It has excellent radiation resistance and electrical properties, with an insulation breakdown voltage of 40kV/mm. It also excels in thermal insulation and heat resistance, making it usable from -273 to 1000°C. Shaparl® Hi Msoft is a ceramic with excellent machinability, high strength, and high thermal conductivity. It has strength comparable to alumina and offers machinability, enabling the realization of "high strength" and "short delivery times." Particularly, it does not require molds, making it suitable for various applications such as research and development products, and it can accommodate complex shapes. 【Features】 ■ Makol - Can be machined with high-speed tools. - Has thermal insulation properties. - Exceptional processing accuracy (can achieve precision equivalent to metal processing). ■ Shaparl Hi Msoft - No grinding wheel needed. Can be machined. - Has heat dissipation properties. - Has strength comparable to alumina. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
