Easily detects invisible fine surface defects, cracks, and pinholes in all materials!
After four processes, defects can be accurately detected and highlighted on the surface with a vivid red pattern. 1. Cleaning Use a cleaning solution to remove grease and dirt from the inspection area and dry it. 2. Penetration Apply the penetrant and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Removal Wipe off the excess penetrant with a cloth soaked in cleaning solution. 4. Development Apply the developer evenly. In 10 to 30 minutes, the defect areas will be indicated in red.
