The "TRM Series" dry vacuum pumps, suitable for chemical processes, now include gas contact material "stainless steel." They are capable of handling highly corrosive acidic and alkaline gases in hard processes. With an intermediate cooler, they can operate efficiently at a stable temperature, allowing for the recovery of condensed liquids such as solvents. They are also well-suited for the suction of condensable gases in vacuum drying, distillation, and degassing.
