Void Filling and Embankment Method: 'TerraFill Method' allows for the selection of permeable or impermeable options.
Lightweight filling and embankment method "Terrafill" designed for weak ground areas.
When cavities occur under the floors of factories and warehouses... the vibrations and noise from the installed machinery worsen, the floor shakes every time a fork (reach) lift passes, cracks and unevenness appear on the floor, causing employees to trip, which greatly reduces work efficiency. Additionally, in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, the floor may collapse. 【What is the Terafil Method?】 The Terafil method is the lightest cement-based filling and embankment method available, offering a choice between permeable type "Terafil OC" and impermeable type "Terafil CC." In areas with weak ground where ground subsidence occurs, the weight of the cavity filling material or embankment material can further burden the weak ground and promote subsidence. Developed for filling and embankment in soft ground areas, Terafil possesses about ten times the strength compared to filling and embankment materials made primarily of soil, while minimizing the load during construction. The permeable type "Terafil OC" is suitable for filling and embankment materials in areas with high groundwater levels due to its low buoyancy characteristics. ▼ Features of Terafil ▼ - Lightweight and strong - Excellent permeability - Consistently high quality - Compact preform method - Compatible with subsidence correction through combined methods Toll-free number: 0120-873-835
basic information
●Light and Strong● Terafil is the lightest among cement-based materials, possessing about 10 times the strength of filling and embankment materials primarily made of soil. This allows for construction that maintains a certain strength while minimizing the load on weak ground. ●Excellent Permeability (Terafil OC)● With permeability close to that of fine sand, it minimizes the impact of buoyancy after hardening even when poured in areas with high groundwater levels, and does not significantly alter the flow of groundwater after pouring. In addition to the permeable type "Terafil OC," the impermeable type "Terafil CC" can also be manufactured and poured. ●Stable High Quality● Stable foam generation, mixing just before pouring using the pre-foam method, and thorough construction management enable the production and pouring of low-density, stable lightweight filling and embankment materials. ●Compact Pre-Foam Method● The pre-foam method of construction minimizes plant size. There is no need for silo installation, which shortens the construction period required for plant setup. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us. We have started selling the high-quality and stable low-density filler "Terafil."
We have started selling our original low-density filling method "Terrafill," which involves mixing "cement milk" and "foam" for placement. By using low water content (water-cement ratio of 50%) cement milk compared to conventional methods, it offers excellent stability of quality after dehydration and drying, despite being a low-density filling material. Furthermore, it allows for construction with a compact plant compared to traditional methods. It can be applied in various locations such as filling voids under buildings, abandoned pits, decommissioned pipes, abandoned shafts, and air raid shelters.
