Water-Soluble Release Agent Casting Series Water-soluble release agent from Baraldi S.r.l, a long-established manufacturer of release agents in Italy. The highly acclaimed release agent in the EU has made its debut in Japan. - Wide usable temperature range of 150 to 380°C (during mold opening). - Excellent adhesion even at high temperatures. - Fully synthetic type with minimal residue, making it less likely to dirty molds. *Baraldi S.r.l was established in 1917 as a lubricant manufacturer and is now focused on the development and production of die-casting oils. Since 2006, it has been a partner of MOTUL TECH and operates globally. Concentrated Coating Type Release Agent Tritec Series An environmentally friendly concentrated coating type (oil-based) release agent that is gentle on molds. Available in a wide range from silicone-free types with good paintability to high-silicone types that excel in preventing sticking. Achieves high cost performance. Plunger Lubricant Tritec Series Friction coefficient (@320°C) is 1/5 that of graphite. Thermal conductivity is 1/8000 that of graphite. Special lubricating resin provides high lubrication at high temperatures and insulation for sleeves.
