At our Tokyo Service Center, we are working to maintain and build a global service system under the leadership of the service department at our Helsinki headquarters. In May 2018, we launched an online store specializing in repair and calibration services that our customers in Europe and America have already been using, making it available to our customers in Japan as well. We will continue to provide an even more user-friendly environment. Additionally, we have implemented a system that allows us to present the following information more clearly: - Selection of service content by model - Clarification of delivery times after order - Provision of service prices - Automatic distribution of quotes - Available 24 hours a day When requesting repairs or calibrations, please apply through the online store. We will continue to strive for service improvement for our customers, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
