[Technical Explanation] Vaisala PEROXCAP Relative Humidity Sensor

Hydrogen peroxide vapor, relative humidity saturation level, for relative humidity measurement.

The PEROXCAP measurement uses two Vaisala HUMICAP sensors. One has a catalytic layer, and the other does not. HUMICAP is a polymer film capacitive sensor that has a polymer thin film sandwiched between two electrodes on an alumina substrate. In the PEROXCAP measurement, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor is indicated by the difference in the measurement values of the two sensors.

basic information

"Features of PEROXCAP" ▪ Repeatability ▪ Excellent long-term stability ▪ Measurement of hydrogen peroxide in ppm, combined with temperature sensors to measure humidity and temperature ▪ Total humidity of hydrogen peroxide vapor and water vapor indicated by a unique relative humidity saturation parameter ▪ Durability to high humidity, accurately measuring even at 100% relative humidity saturation ▪ Accurate measurements through calibration with traceable hydrogen peroxide (at factory shipment) ▪ Long product lifespan and calibration interval of once a year ▪ Optional on-site calibration service For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
