The Vaisala Polaris PR53GP process refractometer is an ideal concentration measurement solution for the sugar industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, and other sectors. An optional cooling cover can be utilized for processes with a wide temperature range. Key applications include crystallization equipment, wet scrubbers, reactors, transport pipelines, mixing operations, and distillation operations. When combined with the Zutora SeedMaster-4, the Vaisala Polaris PR53GP process refractometer becomes an optimal measurement instrument not only for various stages of processing sugar crops into crystals and other products but also for the sugar crystallization process. The PR53GP is designed for the sugar industry. Internally, a special image detection algorithm for sugar crystallization allows for accurate measurement of the mother liquor concentration, especially during the formation of crystals. Externally, it is designed to withstand high temperatures from both the environment and the process. The measurement range is from 0 to 100 Brix, making it an ideal product for sugar production.
