PR53M PTFE-made process refractometer

This process refractometer is designed to measure the concentration of highly corrosive chemicals in the chemical and semiconductor industries.

We will safely and accurately measure the concentrations of strong chemicals such as hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium chloride (NaCl), sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄), and hydrofluoric acid (HF).

The Vaisala Polaris PR53M PFTE process refractometer is ideal for measuring strong chemicals in the chemical and semiconductor industries due to its very high chemical resistance and pure durability in the harshest environments. The integrated ultra-pure PTFE flow cell has no metal contact parts, making it perfect for contact with strong chemicals. The PR53M can be mounted on a ½ inch process line with a standard NTP screw connection. This measuring instrument is ready to use straight out of the box, with no need for on-site setup. You can select a calibration curve from Vaisala's library of over 500 that converts refractive index values to concentration, and start measuring from the pre-installed calibration curve in the factory.
