TOP AIR Co., Ltd. (D.E.C) was established in 1987 in Taipei, Taiwan, as a specialized agency for Japanese hydraulic and pneumatic equipment manufacturers. It is still a representative for several prominent air manufacturers in Taiwan. In addition, in 1997, it formed a technical partnership with German company Helion for air solenoid valves, engaging in production and sales activities as a manufacturer. Over the years, it has also supplied OEM products to its partner, German Helion, and its reliability has been proven worldwide. In recent years, exports to ASEAN and China have been rapidly increasing.
