NC Program Optimization Solution Force

Vericut Force is a physics-based NC program optimization software solution that analyzes and optimizes cutting conditions.

Optimization of Force significantly reduces machining time. Vericut Force creates effective NC programs for the given materials, cutting tools, and machining conditions. As a result, it saves a considerable amount of time and improves the lifespan of cutting tools and machines. With the optimization of Force, machining time is greatly reduced, and tool life is significantly extended. By analyzing with Vericut Force, programmers can quickly and easily visualize what happens in the NC program for each cut when the tool contacts the material. Using Vericut Force, underutilized cutting conditions, overloads, cutting removal rates, output, torque, and tool deflection can be clearly observed. With one click, a review of the NC program and visual analysis in the graphic review window is provided. This analysis offers a view of the machining before running the NC program on the actual machine. Vericut Force provides users with proactive analysis of NC programs.

basic information

Optimization Vericut Force optimizes NC programs quickly and easily. Force calculates the contact between the tool and material for each cut. Additionally, Force adjusts the feed rate optimally and consistently, taking into account the cutting tool edge and material. Materials The material catalog of Vericut Force includes ISO PMKNSH materials. Benefits of Force ● Significant cycle time savings ● Graphical representation of cutting condition information for NC program analysis ● FAST analysis and iteration to test various cutting scenarios ● Maximized and more consistent chip thickness throughout the machining process ● Per-cut analysis of the interaction between the cutting edge and material ● Maximizing cutting tool technology through improved cutting tool performance ● Prevention of undesirable cutting conditions such as overload, output/torque, and tool deflection

CGTech is a global leading company in CNC machine simulation software. Its simulation software, "Vericut," is used in various production environments, including the aerospace industry, automotive, railways, molds, home appliances, power generation, and heavy industry, and is highly regarded worldwide. ■ What is Vericut... Vericut simulates using G-code NC programs for machine tools, unlike CAD/CAM system simulations. Vericut supports a wide range of machine tools, including multi-axis machining such as high-efficiency and high-precision 5-axis processing, lathes, multi-tasking machines, and multi-surface machining machines. ■ Pursuing the perfection of G-code NC programs Vericut provides a "virtual machine" that faithfully reproduces in-machine operations such as macro programs, macro variables, ATC operations, and pallet changes in detail. Vericut offers a variety of features, including not only crash detection but also pre-inspection of over-cutting/under-cutting by comparing the machined cutting model with the design model, as well as optimization of NC programs considering tool load.
