At that time, we decided to implement the simulation software "Vericut" based on the judgment that "simulation software is essential for collision prevention, and Vericut is reliable." So far, it has maximized its effectiveness in "eliminating careless mistakes." In fact, it took only one week from the introduction of the 5-axis machine to its startup, and through this product, we repeatedly discovered and solved various issues related to simultaneous 5-axis processing, which has certainly contributed to an early startup.
