Food allergen testing for verification of display confirmation and cleaning effectiveness.
Supports 27 items including orange and gelatin (pork-derived). The original menu and flexible pricing system are very popular!
Our company offers food allergen testing to report the presence or absence of specific raw materials, including 8 designated items and 19 related items (*1). We can also accommodate labeling requirements for overseas products. *1 Gelatin is only sourced from pigs. 【Features of the Testing】 ◆ We provide testing in accordance with the notification from the Deputy Director of the Consumer Affairs Agency. Testing for specific raw materials follows the notification law, conducting screening tests (ELISA method) and confirmation tests (PCR method, Western blot method). We also reference the notification law for testing related materials. ◆ We propose four types of DNA extraction methods, including the original method, for the PCR method. In the "PCR method," which detects DNA, the choice of extraction method is a crucial point. In samples containing many substances that may inhibit testing, it can affect whether "valid results can be obtained." Our company offers a selection of extraction methods tailored to the type and purpose of the sample, from methods in accordance with the Deputy Director's notification to our original method that enhances DNA purification while keeping costs down. *For more details, please request a catalog or view the PDF data available for download.

Applications/Examples of results
Many requests from companies with FSSC22000 certification! We have received requests from a wide range of food manufacturers, including beverages, confectionery and baking, health and nutritional foods, and flour milling, covering everything from raw materials to final products, and we have satisfied them in terms of both price and delivery time. ≪Case Studies≫ Example 1: A company produces multiple beverage products on the same manufacturing line. They want to test the line cleaning water to verify the cleaning effectiveness and check for any residual allergens. (Soft drink manufacturing) ⇒ Requested using "ELISA method 2 kits (soybean)," both kits returned "not detected." Example 2: The company conducts PCR testing in-house, but they cannot detect DNA in products containing spices (undetectable). They are troubled because they cannot determine the presence of allergens as it stands. (Seasoning manufacturing) ⇒ Requested using "VB high-purity extraction," returned "not detected." By utilizing an original DNA extraction purification method, they were able to evaluate residual allergens. *The examples provided here are just examples and do not guarantee that similar samples will not be "undetectable."
