VIVOTEK's all-round camera "FE9382-EHV-V2" has been introduced into the monitoring system operated by the Chiba Prefecture Taxi Association, Keiyo Branch (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") at JR Maihama Station. The Chiba Prefecture Taxi Association, a general incorporated association, operates eight branches within Chiba Prefecture, overseeing more than 5,000 taxi vehicles. Among them, the "Chiba Prefecture Taxi Association Keiyo Branch / Keiyo District Taxi Operation Council" has been installing network cameras at major terminal stations for about 18 years with the goals of "checking the congestion status of taxi stands," "crime prevention measures," and "confirming situations during disasters and identifying individuals having difficulty returning home." In this way, the Association has contributed to alleviating station congestion, reducing passenger wait times, and creating a safe and secure society.
