The "VHybrid 260" is a machining machine that features a grinding spindle on the upper side and a discharge machining spindle on the lower side, enabling efficient tool processing with quick switching in a short time. It can achieve an extremely smooth surface finish of Ra0.05μm with discharge machining alone, and it is also capable of fine processing of small-diameter tools with a diameter of 1mm or less. The productivity can be significantly enhanced with a tool changer that can accommodate up to 8 tools. Users currently manufacturing or regrinding PCD tools "by grinding" can expect a substantial reduction in processing time. To ensure optimal concentricity during micro-tool machining, this product is equipped with an insulated shank rest, allowing it to be used even during electrical discharge machining.
