[Case Study 3] Reduced material costs and processing costs, achieving cost reduction.

By being able to produce with fewer molds than the current products, the initial costs are significantly reduced!

We would like to introduce a case study that solved the challenges of mesh filters to overseas manufacturers that produce gas safety devices. We received a request to reduce the cost of metal mesh filters purchased from existing suppliers. The current product is a coin filter made by crimping two types of metal mesh with different mesh sizes using stainless steel plates. Our company proposed a molded product made solely from metal mesh. Since only metal mesh is used, we were able to reduce material and processing costs, and furthermore, we could manufacture it with fewer molds than the current product, significantly lowering the initial costs.
