We have developed a thermobox as an item to switch the storage and transportation of products that were kept cold in refrigerators or refrigerated vehicles to a method that does not use electricity. To maintain a cold state inside the container, it is not sufficient to consider only the cold storage container or only the cold packs. The thermobox achieves the required cold state by considering high-performance cold storage containers and cold packs together with the temperature of the products. In the design process, we use temperature analysis simulations backed by numerous cold storage tests, allowing for highly accurate evaluations without excess or deficiency. 【Features】 ○ Keeps temperature below 10°C for 24 hours → Unlike typical zipper types, it is well insulated, allowing for safe selection of refrigerated cargo even in ambient temperature vehicles. ○ Enables frozen and partial transportation in refrigerated vehicles → Ideal for occasional transportation of frozen and partial cargo. → Allows for simultaneous delivery of cargo in two different temperature ranges. ○ Adapts to changes in cargo volume → Can be easily attached and detached, so it can be used only when handling cold cargo. → Can be folded when not in use, allowing for space-saving storage.
