We will introduce a case study of a refrigerated box for transporting products with a special shape.
We have created a large refrigerated box for transporting donut-shaped large parts at -20°C. Since the required temperature condition was a strict -20°C, we have implemented two improvements to enhance the cooling performance. Improvement 1: Insulation walls are installed inside the hole of the donut. Improvement 2: The shape of the inner wall (the outer side of the donut) is octagonal.
