Previously, they were using thermal shippers, which consumed a lot of dry ice to deliver frozen foods from the logistics center to the stores. By focusing on the low cooling performance of the thermal shippers and switching to insulated boxes, we successfully reduced the amount of dry ice used per cart trolley by 1 kg.
