Constructed with hollow plastic panels and an aluminum frame! It is also possible to attach a padlock.
We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing a "lockable refrigerated box" for pharmaceutical transportation. The exterior is composed of high-strength hollow plastic panels and an aluminum frame. At the user's request, a locking mechanism that allows for the attachment of a padlock was installed to enhance transportation security. Additionally, to facilitate easy carrying, handles that extend from the sides were attached. 耐荷重試験のようす 写真はM100のボルト＆ナットに、鉛直方向の荷重をかけているようすです。試験機は島津万能試験機REH-100型です。1000キロニュートンの荷重をかけても、ボルト＆ナットともに、ネジ山は破断せず、しかもストレスなくボルトからナットを外すことができました。

熱硬化性樹脂積層棒のイメージ ボルトに加工する前の積層棒です。これにネジを切ってボルトにします。積層棒は金型成型で作りますので、最大径や最大長さに制限があります。標準径は12mmφ/16mmφ/20mmφ。標準長さは1150mmまでです。

熱硬化性樹脂積層管のイメージ 写真は積層管のイメージです。基材を鉄芯に巻き上げて作りますので、鉄芯の長さと巻き上げの回数を変えることにより、長尺で大口径の製品を作ることができます。ご注文の内容に応じて、最適な外形・内径・肉厚そして長さの積層管を製作し、これにネジをきることでボルトに加工します。
