[Case Study] Pharmaceutical Transport Container for Overseas Use
An example where plastic cardboard is used for the exterior, along with specially designed cushioning material.
We would like to introduce a case where we produced refrigerated transport boxes for the United States at the request of a major pharmaceutical manufacturer. Due to concerns about paper dust generation at the delivery destination, we adopted plastic cardboard for the exterior. Additionally, since it is necessary to maintain an internal temperature of ultra-low temperatures (below -60°C), we designed specialized cushioning materials to ensure that the cargo does not move within the container even when the dry ice sublimates. 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■ Effective internal dimensions: 275×275×295 (mm) ■ External dimensions: 615×555×565 (mm) ■ Exterior: Plastic cardboard ■ Interior: Aluminum film ■ Insulation material: XPS *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
