Raku Water Technology Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the Osaka Industrial Exhibition 2021, which will be held at the ATC Hall from December 8 (Wednesday) to December 9 (Thursday), 2021. We propose improvements that can be achieved solely through roll replacement for various issues such as waviness, wrinkles, and scratches during web transport, covering downstream processes from film formation to coating, lamination, and slitting. The adoption of our micro-groove rolls is increasing among companies producing a variety of high-performance webs, including FCCL for 5G, battery metal foils, and separators, regardless of whether they are resin or metal. We will conduct a live demonstration to confirm the non-slip capability of our rolls and hold a Q&A session regarding production-related issues. We sincerely look forward to your visit.
