[Case Study] Leak and Equipment Abnormality Detection System

Collecting data from existing flow meters! We will introduce a case where it has become possible to detect equipment anomalies and water leaks from water usage by time period.

We would like to introduce a case where our existing flow meter's data collection and API integration for leak and equipment anomaly detection systems were implemented for a customer with nationwide stores. Previously, water usage was measured using data from existing flow meters, but there were significant discrepancies in the measurements. The customer faced the challenge of wanting to visualize water usage across their nationwide stores and detect and understand leaks and equipment anomalies. After implementation, the flow meter pulses were collected using "WMB-DI" and a gateway, centralizing the data in the cloud and passing it to the customer's system via API. This has contributed to understanding equipment anomalies and detecting leaks. [Case Overview] ■ Previous Specification: Measurement using data from existing flow meters ■ Challenge: Detect and understand leaks and equipment anomalies from water usage by time period ■ Solution: Cloud centralization using IoT gateway and pulse input nodes, along with API integration *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
