Clean Room To manufacture RNase-free/DNase-free/Human-DNA-free products, the molding machines are located in a clean room maintained at a high purity level of class 100,000. The clean room is strictly controlled and only specially trained staff are allowed to enter. A new class 10,000 room has been established in the second factory, enabling production at a higher standard.

Microfabrication technology Our company has established ultra-microfabrication technology using plastic injection molding. Microfabrication, which was said to be impossible with conventional molding, is made possible solely through injection molding, without any laser processing or post-processing. For example, we can manufacture micro-needles with a tip diameter of just a few microns, which are thinner than a mosquito's proboscis (80μ).
