We offer engineering services and consulting, including contracted calculations using multiphysics analysis software (coupled analysis), analysis of MSD (magnetron sputtering) devices using particle method codes, and mesh creation using high-precision mesh generators. Our company has a wealth of experience not only in thermal fluid analysis but also in coupled problem analysis that combines various physical models such as fluid, structure, electromagnetic fields, and chemical reactions, including plasma processes and MEMS devices.
