High-speed general-purpose plasma analysis software 'VizGlow'
This software was developed by Professor Raja, an expert in plasma simulation at the University of Texas at Austin.
VizGlow is a general-purpose plasma simulation software developed by Esgee Technologies, Inc., founded by Professor Raja from the University of Texas at Austin, an expert in plasma simulation.
basic information
The feature of VizGlow is that it adopts a compressible fluid model, allowing for plasma analysis under various conditions. Types of plasma that can be simulated: - Capacitively Coupled Plasma (CCP) - Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) - Microwave Plasma (MWP) - Direct Current (DC) Plasma - Atmospheric Pressure Plasma (APP) - Microdischarge (MD)

Detailed information
-
Surface chemical reactions VizGlow has general-purpose computational capabilities for gas and surface reactions. Reaction rate specifications can be done using Arrhenius-type, polynomial approximation, tables, or programming. The software includes chemical reactions of neutral gases related to combustion, CVD-related processes, electron collisions, and reactions of ions related to plasma.
-
Electromagnetic Wave Effects In the energy absorption of discharge phenomena caused by induction heating using high frequency and microwaves, electromagnetic waves play an important role. VizGlow incorporates an EM Wave Solver that can consider the complete two-way coupling of plasma and electromagnetic waves. The EM Wave Solver solves Maxwell's equations in either the frequency domain or the time domain.
-
Electromagnetic Wave Effects The EM Wave Solver performs calculations for electromagnetic wave heating by treating plasma as a material with complex conductivity, similar to solid conductors. It also calculates eddy current heating due to hysteresis losses in the magnetic field. The coupling calculation function with electromagnetic waves in VizGlow is effectively used for simulating phenomena in inductively coupled plasma and standing waves/surface effects in capacitively coupled plasma.
