To prevent scaling in cooling towers and heat pipes, we monitor the corrosion of pipes caused by concentrated residual chlorine and calcium carbonate. This single unit measures the increase in concentrated chlorine levels using conductivity, the rise in calcium carbonate water hardness using TDS, and the timing for membrane replacement using cumulative flow, all of which are reported via a buzzer alarm.
