High-Speed Rotating Nozzle for Machining ■Overview This product is designed to wash away chips and cutting fluids generated during the machining of blind holes and through holes. It rotates at high speed while spraying air or mist-type cleaning agents from holes located at the tip of a slender pipe-shaped nozzle. Compared to conventional nozzles that spray in one direction, it reduces the amount of cleaning fluid used to about one-third or less. There are two types: one for blind holes that sweeps chips and cleaning fluid towards the user, and another for through holes that pushes them outwards. Each type is available in four variations: one that sprays only air and one that sprays air/mist, with three different lengths of nozzles for each variation.
