This is a compact dust collector series that is optimal for locally generated dust treatment, featuring low noise levels. ■Features ● Duct piping is possible on the exhaust side. ● Utilizes a unique high-performance turbo blower developed by a blower manufacturer. ● The adoption of pleated molded non-woven fabric filters expands the filtration area and significantly improves dust collection efficiency, resulting in less clogging. ● Employs an easy-to-operate rope manual shaking method. The manufacturer’s unique shaking method and special processing of the filter fabric make it easier for dust to detach, enhancing the dust removal effect (except for M164CDR-110S). ● M164CDR-110S, M164CDR-H215CS/TS, and M164CDR-H220S can be maintained and inspected without tools. ● The blower is built into the main unit, resulting in an operating noise level of around 60dB(A), which is not bothersome. ● The suction inlet can be installed on either the left or right side, allowing for flexible installation options. ● Compact design with a small yet powerful motor, high airflow, high efficiency, minimized waste, and low price.
