This is a completely sealed, integrated vacuum cleaner specifically designed for clean rooms, with no aerosol leakage. It is equipped with an ULPA filter at the exhaust port and can be used in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) clean rooms. It captures 99.999% of particles larger than 0.12µm, including dust, pollen, mold, and bacteria. Both the floor-standing model and the handheld model are designed exclusively for dry dust. Each unit is inspected for aerosol leakage before shipment and comes standard with ducts and several types of nozzles.
