■Features ● The M178HM5-1010H series of rail-less crane saddles are designed to accommodate wider rails due to the increasing size of buildings. ● By using polyurethane wheels, noise can be reduced by approximately 10 dB(A characteristics) compared to the manufacturer’s standard. ● The rolling of the wheels is smooth, and the polyurethane wheels absorb the vibrations from the hoist, resulting in less vibration transmitted to the building and surroundings. ● Since the running rails are only made of H-shaped steel, there is no need for the material costs or installation work associated with traditional rail tracks, which can reduce equipment costs when the length of the running rail exceeds 20 meters (manufacturer's estimate). ● Please adjust the gap between the guide roller and the rail to 4-6 mm (value for one side).
