This is a clip-type stainless steel container with a rigid PTFE gasket. While it has lower sealing performance compared to rubber gaskets, the rigid PTFE gasket is less prone to dirt, easier to clean, and facilitates easier washing. *The sealing performance is significantly inferior compared to rubber-based gaskets.
