The Becquerel meter, certified by ISO 9001, is designed so that even those without specialized knowledge can easily check for gamma radiation contamination in various foods, vegetables, water, milk, fish, meat, soil, powders, and solid materials. It uses cutting-edge technology with CsI scintillators and silicon photodiodes, allowing measurement results to be obtained in a few minutes to 45 minutes. For example, if a vegetable contains 3000 Bq (Becquerel) of radioactive material per kg, good test results can be obtained in about 10 minutes. The Becquerel meter can perform zero calibration for background radiation in the atmosphere, ensuring high-accuracy measurements. Gamma radiation activity measurement is displayed in Bq/L or Bq/kg, with a measurement error of ±10% or less (for cesium-137), covering a wide range from approximately 25 Bq/kg to 10 MBq/kg.
