Viscosity measurements can be performed for various fluids ranging from low viscosity to high viscosity.
The digital viscometer MG1C-10 can measure a wide viscosity range from 1 mPa·s to 800 Pa·s. (The low viscosity CC type is a dedicated model.) ● It uses a coaxial double cylinder rotational viscometer and a spiral pump structure to measure highly thixotropic materials with good reproducibility, allowing for continuous measurement of viscous substances that change viscosity due to stirring. (Shear rate and shear time are constant.) ● High-precision measurements can be performed for LED materials and general electronic materials. ● By exchanging three types of rotors (A, B, C), a wide measurement range can be achieved. ● Automatic measurement and data analysis can be performed with a dedicated program via USB communication. (Optional) ● A special specification AA type that supports up to 2000 Pa·s is also available in the lineup.

Our company uses a proprietary spiral sensor, allowing for reproducible continuous measurements even with non-Newtonian fluids. Flow characteristic tests can be easily conducted using dedicated software.
