Conventional wide-angle spray nozzles achieve wide-angle compatibility by expanding or adding to the spray diameter, which disperses the spray energy and allows for wide-angle spraying with more powerful air. The energy-saving swing nozzle air gun applies the reaction force of the spray to a toggle mechanism, allowing the nozzle to swing rapidly from side to side (350 to 700 times per minute), achieving wide-angle spraying without dispersing the spray energy with a single nozzle. The swing range is adjustable, with an effective air width of approximately 300 mm and a practical effective spray width of up to about 500 mm.
