Therefore, measurements can be taken on-site, and results can be confirmed immediately. ● Realization of low concentration VOC detection through semiconductor gas sensors and concentration A highly sensitive semiconductor gas sensor is used for gas detection, and by performing a concentration operation, it is possible to detect extremely low concentrations of VOCs in the order of 10μg/m3.
