The MI1UV-50N ultraviolet intensity meter is a compact, lightweight, pocket-sized digital ultraviolet measuring device designed to measure the total intensity of both near ultraviolet UVA waves (315-400nm) and medium ultraviolet UVB waves (280-315nm).

By simply pointing the sensor part of the MI1UV-50N towards the sun or the object being measured and pressing the measurement button on the main unit, anyone can easily measure ultraviolet intensity. The measurement values are instantly displayed digitally on a large LCD screen. It is an easy-to-use, low-cost ultraviolet intensity meter. When measuring only UV A intensity, you can use the sister device, the digital ultraviolet intensity meter MI1UV-60N (for UVB measurement only), to measure UVB and then determine UVA intensity by calculating the UVA/UVB intensity against the UVB intensity.
