It features a compact body with a steel roller and control functions utilizing digital technology. The fusion of these technologies allows for adjustable tightening forces ranging from 2 kgf to 50 kgf. By changing internal settings, it can also be adjusted to prevent excessive tightening from the front operation panel. Additionally, by reducing the number of internal switches, the occurrence of malfunctions due to dust and debris has decreased. Compared to resin-based rollers, which tend to wear out during strong tightening, the use of steel rollers extends the replacement cycle.

We offer rental of semi-automatic packaging machines. The rental period for the semi-automatic packaging machine starts from one week at approximately 20,000 yen. Rentals are available, but the quantity of semi-automatic packaging machines is limited. Please contact us via email first. Before the rental begins, you will need to transfer the following amounts in advance: - Scheduled rental fee - Shipping cost - Security deposit of 100,000 yen (which will be refunded later) Shipping will occur after confirmation of the above transfer, but it will take about three days until shipment.
