The MF2-96814H is a series for wine that measures sugar content and temperature. The sugar content is displayed in three types: % Brix, °Oe, and °KMW. °Oe is based on specific gravity and is mainly used in the wine industries of Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg to measure the sugar content of juice. °KMW is primarily used in Austria to measure the sugar content of juice and is also known as °Babo. 1°KMW is approximately equal to 1% Brix or 5°Oe.
