This is a sealer that uses an upper and lower heating method to seal thick gusset bags, such as tea bags and coffee bean bags. Despite being a compact tabletop type, it has a structure that generates strong sealing pressure and employs a highly flexible braided heater (hereinafter referred to as the braided heater) that absorbs large steps, making it suitable for sealing thick films, laminated bags, and thick gusset bags.

Bags primarily used for tea bags and coffee bean bags have the following characteristics: - They use a thick aluminum vapor-deposited film (… aluminum vapor-deposited film is a film that has a thin aluminum layer formed on paper or plastic film through vapor deposition.) - They have a gusset (… a gusset means "with a side pleat.") - They have a back lap seam structure (… a single film is bonded at the back and bottom.) These are referred to as "aluminum gusset bags." When sealing aluminum gusset bags with the above characteristics, the back part will be in a state of four layers overlapping. (Please refer to the illustration below.) To fuse these four layers of film, a sealer equipped with a "heat source capable of melting aluminum vapor-deposited film" and "strong pressure" is required, which is more than a standard sealer. The MF1T-130KF is a sealer that can heat from both the bottom and the top of the bag (top and bottom heating method) and can apply a strong sealing pressure. It can seal bags with a total film thickness of up to 0.5mm, including aluminum gusset bags and various other films.
