The memory capacity is vast, with 20,225 memory entries, allowing for extensive and long-term temperature measurements. The temperature sensor uses a high-precision thermistor equivalent to the EN ISO 285:2006 standard (Point 6.2.1.1) related to sterilization and disinfection devices, achieving a resolution of 0.01°C and a temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C. The main body is made of stainless steel SUS 316, which is highly resistant to acids and alkalis, and features a completely waterproof structure that is pressure-resistant up to 5 bar, compliant with IP68. The user-friendly Japanese version of the analysis software automatically calculates the sterilization F0 value and low-temperature pasteurization PU value from the measured temperature and time, displaying the results in graphs and numerical tables.
