It adopts a precise structural design, controls the test load, makes the overall structure compact, and allows the test load to be stable and measured accurately.
The testing process is controlled by the CPU, which manages the automatic switching function between the objective lens and the indenter. The switching position employs mechanical and electronic double matching, resulting in high positional accuracy. This device has 10 levels of test force and 13 types of Brinell test scales for any selection. It is equipped with three sets of ball indenters and two sets of objective lenses, automatically recognizing and switching between the objective lens and the indenter. The dwell time of the test force and the brightness of the light source for measuring the indentation can be adjusted. It can display the measured indentation length, hardness value, number of measurements, and more. Conversion values between each hardness scale can be selected. Test results can be checked or printed out using the built-in printer, or saved by connecting to a computer via the RS232 interface.
