Adopting a cast shell with strong rigidity and precise structural design, the overall structure becomes compact, allowing for stable and accurate measurement of test loads.
The testing process is controlled by the CPU, which manages the automatic switching function between the objective lens and the indenter. The switching position employs mechanical and electronic double matching, resulting in high positional accuracy. The built-in touchscreen tablet allows for more intuitive parameter settings and result displays, making operation convenient. It avoids stimulation from the microscope light source and visual fatigue, reducing measurement errors. This device has ten levels of testing force and thirteen types of Brinell testing scales for any selection. It features three sets of ball indenters and two sets of objective lenses, automatically recognizing and switching between the objective lenses and indenters. With high magnification, the observed surface becomes very clear. Depending on the selected hardness scale, the equipment automatically selects the corresponding indenter and objective lens. The automatic lifting table adopts a precise structure with high stability, automatically rising when measurements begin, returning to the focus position after the testing force is applied, achieving one-key automation. It adopts an integrated design of the hardness tester and panel computer. Equipped with a Windows 7 system, it has all functions operable on the computer.
