The temperature sensor can be easily replaced with various platinum resistance Pt-100 sensors with M12 connectors.
The MI1HT140-M12H is a high-precision data logger with 43,690 memory capacity, capable of continuous use at high temperatures of +140°C, designed for extreme high and low temperatures, waterproof, and pressure-resistant. The MI1HT140-M12H automatically records temperature continuously at specified intervals, from a minimum of 4 times per second. The recorded data can be quickly downloaded to a computer using a USB cable, allowing for various data analyses. The user-friendly Japanese version of the analysis software automatically calculates sterilization F0 values, dry heat sterilization Fh values, depyrogenation Fd values, and low-temperature sterilization PU values from the measured temperature and time, displaying them in graphs and numerical tables. The Japanese version software compatible with Windows XP/7/8/10 easily graphs temperature data. With just a mouse click, users can display time/numerical tables, transfer data to Excel, and zoom in on graphs. Additionally, analysis software compliant with the enhanced security standards of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is also available. Upon request, we can provide an option for a traceable NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration certificate.
