One machine, three functions. Collecting, separating, and discharging all with this one unit. It collects foreign substances like metal shavings mixed with cutting oil along with the liquid and separates them using a mesh basket. The cutting oil, free of foreign substances, can be returned to the machine tool's tank for reuse. Not only does this reduce cutting oil costs through recycling, but it also significantly shortens maintenance time for machine tools.

Speed Recovery Equipped with three bypass motors. Quickly recovers liquids such as cutting oil with high vacuum pressure and large airflow. Separation with Mesh Basket Foreign substances mixed in the liquid are collected and separated using a stainless steel mesh basket inside the recovery tank. Only the foreign substances can be easily discarded. Ideal for the recovery and separation of chips generated during metal processing. Discharge & Recycling Discharge of up to 100 liters per minute is possible. The discharge amount can also be adjusted by the degree of valve opening and closing. Recovered cutting oil can be returned to the machine tool's tank for reuse, or transferred to an exhaust container in a short time. ● Drain Hose Hook Includes a drain hose hook for tidy storage. ● Mesh Basket (Inside Recovery Tank) Collects and separates foreign substances in the liquid. ● Level Indicator The level indicator on the side of the recovery tank allows you to check the amount collected. ● Oil Mist Filter Equipped with a Super Web 3D filter between the recovery tank and motor head. Prevents the diffusion of oil mist during cutting oil recovery. ■ Caution Not suitable for use with liquids that may produce flammable liquids or flammable gases.
